more rant

This is a rainy day post, I could think of a hundred more productive things to do , than to rant on a post no one will ever read. Which for this post it is probably a good thing.
I decided to do some strictly opinion writing as a way to pass a day. Now I can see that there could be better ways to spend my time , for me practicing guitar is always something I need more of. I could or should clean that godforsaken Hell hole I call home, I need meditation can always use that.
Like so many people unfortunately work is no longer an option, meaning if I had work I'd be doing it , work as in a job, for money. I admit that some of my problems with work and finance are due to my almost cavalier attitude I've had all my life, you know work when you have to but always with a goal of work less get paid more. Plus I could fall back on the feeling that wrapping yourself up in work just for money is a waste of precious life. As George Carlin said , "we spend our life working to buy stuff that we don't have time to enjoy , because were always working."
But rather than dwell on the negatives in my life and probably all life, it seems more prudent to waste my time and yours if you read this on trying to readjust my life to fit or even take advantage of the times we live in. As someone hoping to leave the world a better place , this has to be done without making things worse.
If ever there was a time to make changes in lifestyle these would be the times. The trick is there are so many things that need changing, where do we or I start? For awhile now I have seen that a happy future or a survival of catastrophic events , will both require a shift to a more grow your own existence. Becoming a farmer is the way of the future as well as the present. As hard as it is, I see farming as not only needed to reduce the effects of society, it will provide a healthier happier more adjusted human being.
Sometime I will tell you about me and farming so far, but for now suffice it to say I need lots of training and practice, but I am ok with that. It's rare in life that things that are really important and worthwhile are easy as well. I have additional problems with a lack of land to grow on. But this is at this time minor in that even if I had the land my growing skills wouldn't get me a crop anyway. so for an immediate goal I plan on planting practice seeds indoors over the winter. Lowered expectation and concentration on the details of growing, learning soil building and as the new term seems to be Permaculture.
So study practice and study will be a main goal of this winter. And as long as I'm working my brain I might as well seek to improve myself mentally as well as physically. Again this while not an easy task , should be doable considering almost anything would be an improvement. I might even work on my spiritual side even though normally I consider this in the mental health improvement.
A problem with getting spiritual is the chance of becoming religious in the process, which I still pray that I will not do. After all religions have become one of the major problems man has, so in accordance with not making things worse it would be hard to impossible for me to join in an organized religion. Well not impossible as I have always felt that if I had to pick one I would be a Buddhist. In fact I call myself a buttist in that I would be a buddhist but I dont believe in organized religion.
So I'm attempting to be a farmer with out land and a holy man without a god. Not that I can honestly say I don't believe in a god, I've seen way too many unexplainable things , even had a couple of miracles , so it's more like I have a problem with the people who claim to know what god wants me to be . To be honest again, I even have a problem with what I think god wants me to be. Is it my precept of god or the learned concepts that have been pushed on me since birth.
I say this as a warning because I have recently started on a couple of books on Zen Buddhism and like the soul in the wind I am , it will probably push me further , or closer to being a follower of the Buddha, which being a follower of anything or body is in itself a not pleasant feeling. My only condolence is that the Buddhas teachings are the closest to what I believe in already, as far as how to act and think.
The Six Paramitas May I be generous and helpful . May I be pure and Virtuous . May I be patent . may I be able to bear and forbear the wrongs of others. May I be strenuous, energetic and persevering. May I practice meditation and attain concentration and oneness to serve all beings. May I gain wisdom, and be able to give the benefit of my wisdom to others. What I like about it is the word may , its not an order from a god punishable by eternal damnation. It's a constant goal to achieve a better life for yourself and others. So as the wind blown soul I am I'll be reading up on it and publish a book review as soon as I'm done.
Another thing that's blowing my mind around is of course current world happenings. Its been a very devastating last few months and thats saying a least.
although I haven't posted on the shape of the world I stay very aware of it. There's quite a few theories on what if anything is happening. If you know me , and I do , you realize I have my own , shared theory which is planet X. Not that there's proof in fact if their was actual undeniable proof , it would be too late to do anything . So the proof that people would want would be there own demise, do to the result of a seen object from space. It is a wild theory but there are clues that give it relevance.
We know that prior civilizations disappeared , we even know that billions of species have gone cataclysmically extinct. People seem willing to believe that climates naturally change over time, yet they seem to totally block the effects these natural changes have brought to the inhabitants of their own interesting times. In some I can see that its the concept of time thinking in human years when nature happens in ages. To keep me simple nature takes it's time, while we are limited to a lifetime. Nature can take a million years, we do not have that kind of time. So while things can work themselves out it takes a long time, and the times in between can be very trying.
We see ourselves as in human kind as able to survive with any situation that nature can devise. My problem is with it being a contest between man and nature , not learning to live within nature. But that's just me.
But in theory it really no longer matters . I've long felt that we had reached a point, and then crossed it as far as making any kind of attempt to save the environment. And if it is planet X what difference would it make Either way? The freedom of nothing else to fear but our own mortality. plus if you knew that you were truly doomed even that fear would fade.
Plus I think it would be immoral to go around enlightening people as to the coming doom. Especially if I believe it or think its still possible with Planet X theory a big giant planet would show up, at first on telescope then by 09 it was supposed to become visible from earth. And it's getting late 2010. with no second sun seen yet. Scratch that no verified by whoever would be considered a professional in such matters has told us that we have seen it. a second sun should of popped up , so I started thinking up other things to scare me.
Then I read up on Neutron stars, stars that are in an evolutionary stage of blowing up . during one of the phases the star col-laps on itself becoming a dark star, emitting no light this is where the star builds up energy by contracting on itself, before it burst's into a nova or sometimes super nova. this process takes millions of years to happen. So we could have a dark or neutron star still dragging its planet or planets along with its captured space rock, cutting through our solar system. Or it could be said we are moving into its territory , but the usual theory is that the dark sun has an elliptical orbit. and comes into contact with its brother star , our sun the stable one. Dark stars by the way are usually dark blue.
I'm sure I am being stubborn in thinking planet X is coming , because of its enormous impact it would have on the planet , I hesitate to do so at the expense of all the other scary things that could be and are happening. there,s still the super groups trying to take over the planet, people who never know when to quit. As I said the environment or truly the mother needs humans to stop messing it up and let the healing process begin. And there still is the sun going into cycle 24 an extreme solar maximus. We the earth are at a very important tipping point if you can remember that phrase. Except that a hotter sun could release what is called the methane bomb. Enormous amounts of carbon and gases that are sealed in the frozen ground of the perma frost . They have also found these gas vents under the ice caps , when they found out that they had started releasing gas into the ocean, after of course the ice above them melted.
Then I have to think economy, from global to very personal these are tough times indeed. Of course we know that worrying about the economy is back to the super groups that are playing with us as they get ready to enslave us. Still weakening us piece by piece, step by step , inch by inch.
That said and many more I haven't mentioned aside I still think planet X is coming. The evidence may be circumstantial , but if a planet or star or even large asteroid /comet got close enough it would effect our orbit, causing strain on the planet resulting in earthquakes , and even volcanic activity. These stresses on the planet would be the first sign , that something was effecting us, just the first sign. It would also agitate our neighboring planets as well as the sun. I tell myself that it's still not time to worry , wait for the next sign, rouge waves and tides. While I have seen that they have already happened with a rogue wave sinking a ship in the Mediterranean sea , and videos of strange high tides in Ireland I think.
Considering what real proof would be that it was planet x I can get a clue of how Noah would of felt, in theory times were probably very similar, way to much to worry about to even think about a foreign object from space wiping out their world as we know it. And it is true if there is nothing you can do about it what is the point of even knowing about it. Specially since one of the few reasons it would be good to know is that faced with planet X the rest of our fears become trivial, so we could trade all our little fears in for one big one.
the only positive that anyone could really get out of it is if they evaluated their life's and learned to use the time remaining to the utmost of their abilities and circumstance.
Even though it would be mostly using up precious time and life , I'm sure that almost all people will attempt to find some kind of relationship with a god or religion in order to set themselves up for the next step, whatever comes after life. These would be dangerous times, because if there is a mass feeling of impending doom , most people are going to look for someone to blame.
Some will claim what they always have , that the disaster is God's wrath, for us not being religious enough. Consider the scale where hurricane's are gods punishment against fill in the blank. It is natural that people will want to blame somebody or thing other than themselves. Religions will see the next years as a bonanza , easy pickings for both cash and souls , the tenet of Christianity. Not to pick , just a warning is that the evangelistic movement will be eniterly focused on incorporating planet X into Armageddon. I have seen the video's where bible scholars trying to sound like scientists say that the predicted wormwood in revelations is planet X.
Since we have been are in the process of awakening , we as in me for sure , have come to the conclusion that you can really trust no one as far as leaders or saviors . This is only advice but beware when they come talking about giving you heaven, ask yourself what price is it. If you believe in a soul then you know that is one of the main goals of religion. So they either want your soul or your money.
Just like Politicians who care about you two times, when they want your money , or your vote. Because of the big brother syndrome we already know to not trust them , I think religion falls under the mind control of the masses, so it is one of the super groups out for world domination.
I think a simple test is to look at the messenger, do they practice what they preach? If there's some guy in a mansion telling you about the perils of greed and capitalism that's an obvious tell that something is not right.
But this is all basic stuff and we don't need to talk about the dirty tricks the powers that be like to play on us. At least not in this post. a brief clue is watch who you idolize or think of as hero's and role models, these are the kind of people the powers that be would want to control.
Plus if you want a role model look in the mirror. Just like having a friend, think of the best friend you can imagine, and then be that person. Just evaluate the character and deeds of what you would call your hero and be that person. It like most answers are very simple, simple but not easy.
It's not like I live for this stuff, but part of growing and learning and most importantly understanding your world , is to be aware of your surroundings. That includes your interactions as well as your environment.
I've always felt that what makes each life unique is because we are the sum of our reaction to environment and stimulus .
So I am the sum of my experiences to the events and decisions that have happened in my life. No two beings even branches on a tree are going to have the exact same stimulus or react exactly as any other being would. Even a clone would only be the same as the original as it was made. After cloning it would be subject to the same effects of stimuli and reaction. This also makes all life connected , because all lifeforms seem to react in the interest of survival , and the increasing of its potential for life.
As a nature boy I think this can be best described by the seed of a tree. Though there are many techniques a favorite seems to be using the wind to power the seeds to travel to a hopefully acceptable spot for them to grow up and be trees. While the seed itself can not pick the exact spot he will grow as soon as he lands he begins making preparations to adapt in the surroundings he is in. His roots will grow to suit the environment. And the trunk and then branches will grow mostly to face the sun . yet the trunk and branches along with the roots will all bend to avoid objects in their growth path. Due to the difference in locations and objects each tree forms itself as an unique being.
As we can see this pattern holds for all life which gives it all importance and as much right for life as any. I think I slipped back into being a Buttist again. I think its safe to say that all life is just looking for their little piece of sun. which by now has actually come out, so I think I'll end this post as the rant it is.
Anyway I have lots to think on , if that's not enough I am also thinking on putting a halloween show ustream. I of course have to pay a few bills first , but I think Its really time to do it. Halloween is my kind of holiday. My first tv show was a Halloween episode. I'm thinking about it anyway. As always it is tough.
